What the numbers account for

Salve amulets on undead, slayer helmets on task, void, and the bane weapons.
Twisted bow scaling against a target’s Magic.
Elemental weakness, and the tomes and sunfire runes that go with it.
A scythe’s extra hits by target size, and Osmumten’s fang rolling accuracy twice.
The twinflame staff’s second cast, and Dharok’s at the hitpoints you set.
Which spell your Magic level can actually cast, rather than assuming Ice Barrage.
Per-fight rules: leaf-bladed weapons for kurasks, silver for vampyres, the god wars doors, what a Kraken ignores.
