Its forms share 850 hitpoints, split here by when it swaps. The shield is worn down by hits, not damage, so it isn’t timed; enchanted sapphire bolts and Smite drain it fastest.

How it decides
Every fight is scored with the same damage maths as the gear progression calculator, fight rules included. A kit is measured by the whole route’s kill time — each fight’s hitpoints over your damage, times how many you kill — so a long fight counts for more than a short one. The first weapon is worn; each extra weapon, extra kind of ammunition and armour piece is one switch.
